This was my first year going to Orange, and so loved learning from so many different people! I am an people person, but when I go to conferences that I don't know people, I become an introvert. The way the staff did the ReThink Leadership Conference was so helpful because it was done around small tables and forced communication.
The Talks were very similar to TED talks--limited to 15 minutes--and then table discussion for 30 minutes. Because the talks were so quick, they were able to cram in a lot of talks and I felt like I was drinking from a fire Hydrant.
Thanks Orange and ReThink Leadership--great experience and great learning. Looking forward to seeing you guys again next year!
